2.2 Consultation and Requirements Before initiating any project, we conduct consultations to understand your needs. Any specifications must be clearly provided before project commencement.

2.3 Project Delivery Completion times vary based on project complexity. Estimated timelines will be provided but are subject to revision based on changes or additional requests.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Pricing All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3.2 Deposit Requirement A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work commences. The remaining 50% is payable upon project completion and prior to website launch.

3.3 Additional Costs Additional costs may be incurred for:

  • Custom features not included in the original agreement.

  • Revisions beyond the agreed number.

  • Third-party services such as premium plugins, hosting, and additional software.

3.4 Payment Methods We accept various payment gateways, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and PayPal.

3.5 Late Payments If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the project.

4. DOMAIN & HOSTING

4.1 Free Domain & Privacy Protection For adult industry clients, we provide a FREE domain with privacy protection to safeguard personal details.

4.2 Hosting Options Clients may choose to host with us or transfer the website to their own hosting provider upon completion.

4.3 Domain Transfers Clients may request domain transfers after project completion. We facilitate transfers without additional charges.

4.4 Hosting Restrictions We ensure our hosting services accommodate adult content, ensuring your website remains online.

5. REVISIONS & MAINTENANCE

5.1 Revisions Each project includes a limited number of revisions. Additional revisions may be charged separately.

5.2 Website Maintenance We offer optional website maintenance packages for content updates, security patches, and general upkeep.

5.3 Client Modifications Clients can modify their websites post-launch. However, we are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party modifications.

6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

6.1 Cancellation by Client If the client cancels before project completion, the deposit is non-refundable.

6.2 Cancellation by Jetpixel.uk We reserve the right to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances or violation of these terms. Refunds will be issued at our discretion.

7. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

7.1 Limitation of Liability We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to website downtime, cyber-attacks, or third-party issues.

7.2 Third-Party Services We may recommend third-party services but are not liable for their performance or reliability.

8. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

8.1 Client Data All client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.2 Security Measures We implement SSL encryption and security measures to protect client data.
